Commissioned paintings for the Caribbean Coffee House. The Caribbean Coffee House was established in 1931 with the Melizans, a Trinidadian family with a coffee plantation and Jose Perez, a Cuban coffee connoisseur and roast master.

Trinidad Guardian Publication

On December 25th 2000, The Trinidad Guardian Newspaper published Dermot Louison's 'A Festive Season' cpaturing the 'ole time' spirit of the Trinidadian Christmas. The painting is part of the Republic Bank of Trindad & Tobago's Art Collection.
